Well canning season is in full swing. We've been canning Eldeberry Jam, Blackberry Jam, Whole blackberries, Green Beans and more. We've got tomatoes and corn going into the freezer and lots of stuff coming out of the garden daily. Our neighbor is going to teach me to make "kraut" so I can be a real southern woman too. I am excited to see how much stuff we can put up.
