Summertime brings my favorite way to cook. On the grill. These babies are so simple and come out perfect. I just mixed 3 parts marinade to 1 part vinegar and filled soda cans (with the hole widened a bit) 1/3 of the way. Then I mixed equal parts Emerils to Italian bread crumbs, put it in a brown paper bag added the little chickens and shook it up until they were covered. Then just stand them up on the soda cans, throw 'em on the grill and wait. Now cooking time will vary by grill so you'll have to keep an eye on them. Ours cook anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half.

The kids think this is hilarious.
